This Product Disclosure has been created by New Homes Guide Pty Ltd (‘The Publisher’) for their clients, the ‘Advertiser/s’.

The purpose of this Product Disclosure is to detail inclusions and exclusions of services, packages and options delivered by New Homes Guide, via the website newhomesguide.com.au and any associated digital platforms and channels used for the delivery of the agreed services.

This document is to be used in conjunction with the New Homes Guide Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy documents, and in no way negates, changes or r
eplaces the information contained within those documents.

Our policy documents are shared with all Advertisers upon sign up for services delivered by New Homes Guide, and are available to view and download from
www.newhomesguide.agency and  newhomesguide.com.au.

Access Package

Overview

The Access Package includes:

  • Business Display Page - A single page of content that display content regarding the Advertiser’s business
  • Builder Directory Listing - Priority 3 Listing - Advertiser’s logo and brand name

Each Business Display Page includes the following content.

  • Logo

  • Email enquiry form to Advertiser
  • Image gallery for multiple images

  • Social media link buttons - For user sharing
  • Promotion banner for special offers etc. ( Text Only )

All Advertiser content is managed by New Homes Guide.

            • Minimum 500 words per article
            • Minimum 1 image per article

              Social Media

              • 1 x social media post ‘welcome’ message, published exclusively on the New Homes Guide Facebook page

              eDM (Electronic Direct Mail)

              • 1 x welcome feature in our consumer eDM, sent by and on behalf of New Homes Guide to the New Homes Guide consumer database

              • Automated monthly report - Sent by email
                • Top level engagement analytics

              Quarterly Review

              The Advertiser will receive a quarterly report and be encouraged to participate in a quarterly in-person review and report meeting with New Homes Guide.

                • Listing of homes in categories that are deemed not relevant by New Homes Guide
                • The writing, design or creation of new content for the Advertiser, unless deemed necessary by New Homes Guide, for the delivery of agreed services
                • Ongoing social media content or promotion
                • Ongoing eDM or content article features

                    Blog Articles - For Advertiser

                    • 1 x article per quarter, 4 articles per year, written by New Homes Guide, on behalf of the Advertiser
                      • Minimum 500 words per article
                      • Minimum 1 image per article

                      Blog Article - Welcome

                      • 1 x welcome blog article, published exclusively on newhomesguide.com.au
                        • Minimum 500 words per article
                        • Minimum 1 image per article

                        eDM (Electronic Direct Mail)

                          • Sent to the New Homes Guide consumer database

                        The writing, design or creation of new content for the Advertiser, unless deemed necessary by New Homes Guide, for the delivery of agreed services

                        This service excludes the posting of ad hoc or ‘reactive’ content that may be supplied by the Advertiser. 

                         



                        Custom Options

                        Audience Extension

                        Overview

                        The Audience Extension campaign extends the target audience of the Advertiser by remarketing the Advertisers brand / products to the New Homes Guide audience.

                        Inclusions

                        Campaign setup and activation by New Homes Guide on behalf of the Advertiser.

                        Each 3 month campaign (minimum term) guarantees the delivery of 10,000 unique impressions per month for the Advertisers content.

                        Monthly activity report.

                        Detail

                        Audience Extension campaigns expose the Advertiser’s content to New Homes Guide audiences. The content displayed is specific to the Advertiser, and not co-branded with New Homes Guide.

                        For implementation, Audience Extension campaigns require creative advertising assets to be supplied to New Homes Guide, by the Advertiser.

                        If required, New Homes Guide can develop advertising assets for the Advertiser and this will attract additional fees, to be paid by the Advertiser, to New Homes Guide, in addition to the agreed campaign fees.

                        The Advertisers content can be promoted on a display network and / or the New Homes Guide social media channels - Facebook & Instagram.

                        Exclusions

                        The design, writing or creation of advertising content for the Advertiser, unless otherwise agreed as being in addition to the requested campaign.
                        This campaign excludes any additional media costs, such as Adwords, SEO, digital banners etc.



                        Lead Generation Social

                        Overview

                        New Homes Guide activate Lead Generation campaigns on behalf of the Advertiser, through the New Homes Guide Facebook page. New Homes Guide use Facebook lead generation tools to collect contact details of potential customers.

                        Inclusions

                        Campaign setup and activation of Lead Generation campaigns, by New Homes Guide, on behalf of the Advertiser, using the New Homes Guide Facebook page.

                        The 3 month campaign includes a budget of $1,200, based on $100 per week, for the boosting of the content.

                        New Homes Guide monitor performance throughout the campaign, and report monthly to the Advertiser.

                        Lead details are gathered and supplied monthly to the Advertiser, with the reports.

                        Content Detail

                        New Homes Guide collaborate with the Advertiser to establish content strategies and identify the most effective content directions for the Advertiser, that may be based on the Advertiser’s business, products, offers, promotions and points of difference.

                        New Homes Guide create content on behalf of the Advertiser, according to the Advertiser’s brand Style Guide and / or existing branding and marketing assets.

                        A maximum of 3 versions of the content can be created for testing and optimisation purposes.

                        The creation of additional creative will attract additional fees.

                        The nature and volume of content created for the delivery of the campaign will be at the sole discretion of New Homes Guide and what they deem necessary to optimise effectiveness.

                        New Homes Guide create and set up lead forms required to capture and record the details of prospects.

                        Exclusions

                        Lead Generation Social campaigns are restricted to the New Homes Guide Facebook page, and exclude additional channels, such as other social platforms and landing pages.

                        This campaign excludes any additional media costs, such as Adwords, SEO, digital banners etc.



                        Lead Generation & Automation

                        Overview

                        Lead Generation & Automation campaigns use social media and digital platforms to attract and engage prospects and trigger automated campaigns. Strategy, content and implementation is delivered by New Homes Guide on behalf of the Advertiser.

                        Inclusions

                        Campaign setup and activation of Lead Generation campaigns, by New Homes Guide, on behalf of the Advertiser.

                        The 3 month campaign includes a budget of $1,200, based on $100 per week, for the boosting of content on Facebook and Instagram.

                        New Homes Guide write and create 4 documents for download, branded as per the Advertiser’s business, and according to their content messages and direction.

                        Writing, design and set-up of a 4 stage automation campaign including 4 branded emails.

                        Campaign design for the channels deemed most suitable, by New Homes Guide, for the Advertiser and their campaign.

                        New Homes Guide monitor performance throughout the campaign, and report monthly to the Advertiser.

                        Lead details are gathered and supplied monthly to the Advertiser, with the reports.

                        Exclusions

                        The design, writing or creation of advertising content for the Advertiser additional to the material specified as included, unless otherwise agreed as being in addition to the requested campaign.

                        Lead Generation & Automation campaigns will use only the channels deemed most suitable, by New Homes Guide, for the purpose of reaching the markets of each Advertiser.

                        Lead Generation & Automation campaigns exclude content and placement in traditional media, including, but not limited to, Television, Radio, Press and Billboards etc.

                        Lead Generation & Automation campaigns exclude additional media costs, such as Adwords, SEO, digital banners etc.

                        A maximum of 3 versions of the content can be created for testing and optimisation purposes.

                        The creation of additional content will attract additional fees.

                        The nature and volume of content created for the delivery of the campaign will be at the sole discretion of New Homes Guide and what they deem necessary to optimise effectiveness.



                        Social Media Management

                        Overview

                        New Homes Guide manage the Advertiser’s Facebook and Instagram channels, including content creation and posting, target groups and boosting.

                        Inclusions

                        Activity is executed by New Homes Guide, on behalf of the Advertiser, in the Advertiser’s own social channels.

                        Activity includes the writing, design, creation, scheduling and posting of a total of 4 posts per week, across 2 platforms, Facebook and Instagram.

                        The creation and management of target groups, for boosting and the allocation of boosting budget, is to be done by New Homes Guide, on behalf of the Advertiser.

                        Exclusions

                        Social Media Management does not include a boosting budget. The boosting budget is to be set by the Advertiser, to be managed by New Homes Guide on behalf of the Advertiser, and charged direct to the Advertiser.

                        This service excludes the posting of ad hoc or ‘reactive’ content that may be supplied by the Advertiser.

                        This service excludes approval by the Advertiser of individual content items prior to publication. Content directions will be reviewed and adjusted on an ongoing basis by New Homes Guide and the Advertiser.

                        This service excludes all other social media channels, and is designed exclusively for Facebook and Instagram.

                        This service excludes the publication of content in New Homes Guide’s own social media channels.

                        This service excludes responses by New Homes Guide to comments posted in the Advertiser’s social channels by the community.



                        Content Creation

                        The delivery of agreed services by New Homes Guide on behalf of the Advertiser, requires that New Homes Guide be given access to marketing content pertaining to the Advertiser’s brand, homes, products, offers, promotions and business messages.

                        New Homes Guide will make a minimum of two requests to the Advertiser, for the supply of the required content, and / or content direction, from the Advertiser to New Homes Guide.

                        Should the Advertiser fail to supply the required content and / or content direction, New Homes Guide reserve the right to source and publish content on behalf of the Advertiser, solely for the purpose of meeting the requirement of New Homes Guide to deliver the agreed marketing services and content activities.
                        Where ever possible, New Homes Guide will use existing content, previously published by the Advertiser in existing channels, including, but not limited to, the Advertiser website, social media channels and printed marketing collateral and all content contained therein.

                        Should existing content be unavailable or unsuitable, New Homes Guide further reserve the right to create and publish content on behalf of the Advertiser, in order to deliver the agreed services.
